Government and Social Structures: At the top of the social structure was the Pharaoh, below the Pharaoh was the nobles (people who work for the Pharaoh), below the nobles were the scribes and craftspeople and finally at the bottom was the farmers, servants and slaves. The Pharaoh made all the important decisions. In Egypt women had more rights then they usually did in other countries. Egypt was divided into two parts Upper Egypt and lower Egypt. In Upper Egypt the King wore a white crown. In Lower Egypt the king wore a red crown. Before a Pharaoh died he would order many people to build him his grave which was a pyramid. When the Pharaoh died he would be mummified and placed into his pyramid. In ancient Egypt to be a Pharaoh you have to be apart of the Pharaohs dynasty.
Economic Systems: For items and taxes since Egyptians did not have printed money they would "pay" by giving what they grew or made to the government. There were many different jobs you could do for example you could be a farmer, scribe, priest, noble and much more.
